This week I received my two-piece and wheel altered bowl out of the glaze kiln which I was very excited to see, especially my two-piece especially since I worked so hard on it.  This week I managed to make a medium sized vase, a narrow bowl form and another unique looking vase shape.  All of which should be arriving out of the bisque kiln on Monday.  I also got one of my mugs out of the glaze kiln this week and a mini mug that I had made for my younger brother.  I am looking forward to next week in hopes of also achieving more success in ceramics.

This week overall has been very successful. We once again have a teacher, I made a tall cylinder which I turned into a tall mug and am excited to glaze it.  I also made a wheel alter petite bowl with a curvy lip almost making it appear as a flower.  The handle that I pulled for my mug it somewhat rectangular shape with marks on the attached parts giving it a whimsical type look. On Wednesday I got numerous projects out of the bisque kiln including my two-piece which some of them I glazed on Wednesday, some I glazed on Thursday. I hope to get some projects out of the glaze kiln soon and to get some other projects out of the bisque most likely on Monday.

This week hasn't been all that successful, Arian and I can't really produce anymore projects due to our locker almost becoming over filled with projects.  I did manage to throw a bowl yesterday, but when I went to foot it I decided that I didn't really like how it looked taking a look at it again and ended up throwing it out.  Hopefully on Monday I will start out with a more successful run in ceramics.

Today I managed to make a small vase and a small bowl.  I was going to make the small vase into my lidded project but then decided that I wanted a larger form for my lidded so decided to leave it as just a small vase.  Monday I plan to foot both the projects and possibly throw something new.
